This year, 2012, marks the 50th anniversary of the NUIG/GMIT Sub Aqua Club. Later in the year they will be marking the occasion with a special night in Salthill and would like to invite all current and past members and all the friends they have made over the years to join in the celebration.

On Saturday 27th October 2012 they will be hosting a Gala Ball in the Galway Bay Hotel. It will be an evening of fine dining and entertainment and a great opportunity for past members to meet up again in Galway.
