Joe Fegan RDO and warrior of the west has handed his reigns over to Thomas Moore from Galway SAC. Joe has worked tirelessly to promote and run diving courses and events in his region as well as being a member of the Technical Commission and assisting on the many projects that they run. We would like to thank Joe for his hard work and dedication to the IUC since he took over as RDO in 2011, he is one of our longest running RDO’s – Thanks Joe and happy retirement!!
