Sheephaven SAC have a lovely dive on Campbell’s rock here is a brief look at their adventure.
Campbells Bed is an ideal site for both trainees and more established divers alike, as it provides a range of depths from 2 metres on top of the reef to a maximum of over 25 metres at its deepest.
It is a site that has a good diversity of marine life, from shellfish though to a very rare sighting of an albino Pipefish. However last Wednesday the highlight of the evening was watching a pair of Otters surface near the dive boat, just as we arrived on site. They took a look at us and then gracefully dived under the water again. A very special moment indeed and one that makes diving on a splendid summers evening all the more memorable.
