What is Underwater Hockey?

Underwater hockey, also known as Octopush, is a 3-dimensional team sport played in swimming pools around the world. UWH is a great way to keep fit, meet new people, improve confidence and skills in the water. Its low impact on the joints and is non-contact so suitable for all ages and abilities

Each team has 6 players in the pool at a time, the aim of the game is to push or move the puck using the stick to the other end of the pool into the goal. Each player wears basic underwater equipment, fins, mask, snorkel, polo cap. UWH is a limited contact sport and played as a mixed team.
